According to figures from Israel, at least 98 Palestinians have lost their lives while in custody since October 2023. A rights monitoring body operating from Israel has stated that the real number is likely substantially higher, as a result of numerous of disappeared people in Gaza.

“In spite of this large quantity of deaths, over two years not one individual has faced arrest,” the spokesperson stated. “There exist no charges over any killing.

Notable Incidents
